BETTERLIVING DEALER RESOURCE SITE TERMS OF USE
The materials contained in the dealer resource site are the property of Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Company and are available on loan by permission to authorized Betterliving dealers for the purpose of advertising and promoting Betterliving products. The user name and password to this site may be released only to persons authorized by the owner of the dealership. Accessing the site obligates the user to the terms of this agreement and the terms of the Betterliving Patio Rooms Dealership Agreement between the Dealer and Craft-Bilt.
The owner of the dealership must inform the Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Company marketing department immediately if an employee who has access to the Resource Site is no longer employed by the dealer or if there is reason to believe that their password is potentially compromised and therefore may allow unauthorized access to this site. Craft-Bilt Manufacturing reserves the right to block or change the user name and password at any time. Any materials downloaded from this site are on loan to the Dealer and must be returned upon demand if the relationship between Craft-Bilt Manufacturing and the dealership is terminated. The dealer understands that Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Company will monitor the use of this site and has the right to keep records of all downloads from the site to other sources.
