Drake Siding and Sunrooms
Security Roofing and Siding Company began operating in Charleston, IL in 1956 at 905 Reynolds Drive. Don F. Drake, and his sons Larry and Robert, were the original owners. The company had outgrown it's original location by 1985 so Larry Drake, along with this sons Don L., and Bill moved the business to its present location 2-+ miles west of Charleston and Route 16. In 2005 the company name was changed to Drake Siding and Sunrooms to better recognize the Drake name and the products offered.
We partnered with Craft-Bilt in 1991 adding sunrooms to our product line, and have sold over 300 sunrooms.
Our business is now owned and managed by Don Drake, the third generation owner, and consists of seamless siding, replacement windows, sunrooms, awnings, screen enclosures, seamless gutter and some remodeling.
We are proud to be a family owned business for over 50 years.
